Saw this lying around rusting away at my local agricultural engineers graveyard, is it as old as it looks or just had a hard life?

 

do you know if this chipper is still there ?? how long ago was this ?? i am desperate to get my hands on one of these to restore my yard chipper

Mr ED bought it and the last time any body saw him he was steaming off in to the distance apparently he did send a post card from the rain forests of Borneo in 2009.
