rayco hg20hd clutch

iv had 3, rg 20, found the clutshes to be be fairly bullet proof ,are u sure its the clutch & not the belts slipping a tad,

 

that could be the case.... but the cutter head isnt engaging at all. do you think if the battery was flat that would cause the clutch to not engage properly? as we had to jump start the machine to get it running

check all the wiring ,may justb a lose connection

 

 

did it work ok before the battery went down ,had a dicky wire on 1, put a new spade on it was fine ,

hmmm morning at the yard needed i think.

who did you use for parts johny?

 

west con, got a quote for the brake cable £95+vat ,then fixed it mi sen .not sure whos the dealer now , good belts make a big diffarance ,cheepos wer very quick & soon slip ,owt else just ask :001_smile:

westcon wanted 359 + VAT for a replacement clutch
