Just refused it again " visual amenity" :001_rolleyes:

 

It is in a position where it can cause harm

 

It is over a building

 

It's growth from an old stump

 

It has included bark on every stem

 

It has a hollow in the centre you can push a bar down into which is full of sludge and scum

 

It has an flat cross section with included bark at the rear tension side and an old peg at the front which is creating a rot pocket on the main stem compression side over the house

 

It's on a woodland edge bang on the boundary where the woodland is in serious need of a thin and maintainance

 

But hey, from a distance it looks good :thumbup1:
