Need help

Right i have checked for a voltage change before it goes into the relay for the no-stress and there is no change when the revs drop.

Is there a way of checking the magnetic flywheel sensor?

Past that where next is there to check why the no-stress isn't coming in?

voltage meter, whys that? have i done it wrong :001_huh:

What machine is it? Most pickups generate a frequency, each time the pickup ring passes the sensor it generates a pulse which gives frequency so finding a constant voltage isn't a surprise but the freequency will (should) change.

I think you would need an oscilloscope, I usually test them by mending it with a new one but if you,are getting the carrier voltage through I would eliminate other potential problems first.
