To be fair it was a pretty vague question in the first place! Try to be specific, it helps.

 

Having said that, I'm sure anyone who was aware of any loosely arb related 'taster day' in N Yorks would have said something useful (as happened eventually).

Arbtalk is not here to help with every problem in the world, if your vague with your requests and no one knows the answer then your going to get sarcy comments.

Hi sorry for the late reply yes its me i am running a taster day.

It will be myself and a few other trainers we are getting together to give people a chance to ask questions about courses without feeling you have to sign up for them.

There is more info on my webb site.

I am not on here often but was told my name was mentioned so i thoughtt i would have a look.
