aaah i was just about to start a post asking what rope the tree motion bridge is, globe 3000 you say? to me it looks like it would make a nice lanyard too

Haven't seen globe 3000 rope sold per metre In uk ? Just the replacement bridges ...

You can find it in sailing shops under the brand Robline which is owned by teuflberger if that's how it's spelt

Ewan found me the rope otherwise i would probably be using the ap shown in the picture still which is not good rope for the job apparently You don't need rings that open up. Just undo the webbing and thread the rings or rigging plates on. I used rigging plates cos they are what I had lying about. They are actually from the spare bridge from an ergovation. All the parts I've used are from other harnesses so they should be pretty fit for purpose. happy tinkering.
