that doesn't look like alcoholics to me, it looks like a bunch of teens have done this. you can imagine the situation where they get drunk then decided that having a fight with the left overs for fun.

If you think about it, it seems more suiting for them being a secluded area away from view. After all an alcoholic is usually embarrased about their situation and usually hides it, but within the confinds of a building as most alcoholics are adults and usually have a roof over their head.

See if you can persuade the police or the community support officers to patrol that area if there is that amount of rubbish being left.

thing is lads and lassies im a salford boy born and bred ive live here for ney on 43 years im proud to say...I AM A LAD FROM SALFORD. the majority of `people from salford are really really nice..they invite you in for a tea and biscuit, listen to you, don't drink and by all accounts you would like them to be your next door neighbor they are the salt of the earth but its just that there is a few little pockets that need to be purged only problem is i got to clean up after them.... though looking in to other options, community service for one and getting a yts guy or gal to help. though it is in the early stages...... i brought the option up after this crap !

that cant be right. The way the bottles are strewn so eavenly along the road, and not any on the grass verges, looks a bit fishy. Are you sure something isn't amiss?? What I mean is, it doesnt look like the usual congregation of "youths", more like someone has driven along pouring them out the back of a pick up or summat.

Like i said in the rant east this is what ive thrown out of the bushes at the side of the path all of it was in clear view of the pathway that why i cleared it.

Look at the map mate there are two of us to cover this area ...... Im am squirrel basically just trees and the other guy dave is an ex publican great guy ex army loves the job glad to be out of the pub game im learning a new thing......but this thing will never replace being 70ft up in a pop in a little wind on a clear day with an 020in my hand and a green house below you . . .Sorry again lads on the sherry thinking about big trees gets me moist lol

How were the deer killed? Was it by shotgun/rifle. I'd be more worried about people discharging wepons in a public space. littering is one of my top ten bugbears (funny expression that). Along with guns in the park, obviously.

It's a shame the arbtalk sensor machine works so well, we'd all like to have some choice words for these traitors.

Ooooh now I get ya. Sorry if I sounded to be jesting about it. I'm not. I totally agree with you on this one. It's well out of order.

The idea about community service is the way forward. But, instead, the ones who get community service nowadays get to go work inside in charity shops etc, and have cups of tea made for em. Its sickening.

Must also be more upsetting for you being local, always annoys me when I see the youths round here doing stuff and I think back to when I was 12-13 whatever, and we wouldnt have dared do half the things these kids are doing now.

People in prison should be picking your litter p instead of watching porn working out in the gym with 3 cooked meals everyday, they should also pick the litter on all the motorways.:001_smile:
sorry david,i disagree there, people in prison are obviously there for a reason, protect the public etc.why should they pick up litter? those that dropped it should pick it up,its about education and upbringing for me
