You'd have been throwing your money away - more tree cutters than at the APF looking at a couple of wind blown pops in a pond. It appears to be a council pricing exercise - the paperwork will take more time than the job!

 

I saw this too and got info on the tender, seemed more hassle than it was probably worth. Any pics?
