ok so my TM bridge has been looking a little worse for ware latley and thinkin of replaceing it soon. thinking about using ocean polyester as its kevlar cord. any one have any idea what the origional TM bridge is made from?

i will get original when mine gets too worn

have you seen the typical setup for a tm at honeys

looked a bit ott to moi

Whichever rope you decide to use for the replacement bridge should have a Polyester mantle. Polyester has far superior abrasion resistence than any of the Aramids.

 

I understand that experimenting with different cords might be interesting. We played with a number of cords during prototyping and testing and obviously settled on the selected spec for a reason. If the CE status of your treeMOTION is relevant to you, there is only one cord that is approved.
