Evening chaps can anyone help me ? The cooling fan housing has shattered on my chipper and destroyed the fan aswell . The firm that supplied and look after it cant seem to get a part from Greenmech or Lister the engine manufacturer . Does anyone know where i may be able to get one or have an old chipper willing to sell some parts . The machine is a 2001 model and the engine is a Lister 25 hp air cooled one . Any info will be much appreciated im pretty much shafted otherwise . Cheers .

I'll ask the factory today what the story is. It could well be that Lister no longer supply the part....

Rowan Bell at Thorne Engineers is a good bloke who knows his onions....

I would start to look in the magazines that cater old machinery lovers and tractors etc, you might be lucky and find such a think or set about building your own fan and shroud/housing...

Rowans engineered one for me . I can't speak highly enough of Thornes . If anyone is wanting a recon chipper then they are fantastic the service is superb . Thanks for the advice Pete .
