Thanks for that, it appears to be drive links worn, but i don't like throwing a chain away when the teeth are as new not even been sharpened. Cheers Zeb

Is it oiling properly?

If all's oiling well and it's sharp, then try using less pressure when cutting and making sure the piece of wood your cutting is held well as a lot of the uneven wear comes from too much pressure cusing the wood to move a bit if that makes sense. (Well it did with my old Hawk)

EDIT: just thinking about it - insufficient oil would probably just wear faster but fairly evenly, so prob not that.

Bit late maybe but i had same problem with my 37. Your bars is off square. To fix - loosen two bolts that hold on the whole saw head at the back side of the machine above where the sawdust comes out. Put a level vertically down your bar and adjust to level. Its a two man job to get it right

I had this as well once you start digging bar in at a funny angle it soon wears the bar one side and problem accelerates. Also as old hand says left and right sharpening on the machine. We got round this by tickling with a file 4 or 5 times then removing chain and putting on the bench grinder.
