Where gonna have to start lobbing sweets in with sprockets now or you'll be bad mouthing us:001_tt2::biggrin:

 

Never, the misses likes the calls saying the part will be a day late - good customer service - and you have been sending sweets with the sprockets - hope that hasn't got your dispatch man in to trouble:lol:

We ran out so apologies to anyone reading who didnt recieve sweets!.... There back in stock now, dont wanna lose our tag of "willywonka of the arbworld" haha

Ahhh that explains it then...I was about to start a whole new thread regarding my missing sweets, but if you've run out I guess i'll let you off this time :biggrin:

I have a similar gripe. Don't have time to waste a Saturday morning going and getting parts - I'd rather be doing something with the children (though they'd probably be happy enough with a trip to a saw shop). Will be dropping a PM in a Northerly direction...

 

I'm OK for sweets as well!

Same deal here (although the local Stihl deals were super pleasant on the phone).

 

Seems Stihl re-use their part numbers, so the part I want (1115 141 8600) is available, but not the part I actually need! How annoying!
