Wannabe carver in Edinburgh

So here's the question....

is there anywhere in Edinburgh that takes carving classes or at the least has a workshop that I could go and practice in?

I have done things like spoons and basic stuff when i had a little garden space in Rome but I would like the opportunity to try again. I stay in a 3rd floor flat which is small and I have no space to practice.

Any suggestions would be helpful thanks guys.

Hi David,

You are welcome to carve at my yard. I've lots of space, lots of timber and a forklift to move stuff around with. Also got lots of sequoia coming in next week.

Jonathan

I'll come too, Jonathan have you got room for a family of four in that yard mate:sneaky2:
