Onions - How do you like yours?

I made the Hugh fearnley Whittingstall tomato ketchup recipie to use up a glut from the greenhouse, Its so good that it would be worth buying tomatoes just to make it. I also made a plum and chilli chuckney which was pretty good. Never made pickled onions though, I'm goung to pickle some wallnuts when i get the chance, I love them.:001_smile:
