Hi thanks for the reply’s lots more ideas so thanks.

For most of the people i work with and for me personally i only buy things that i have been shown how to use. if it’s something that if it fails/goes wrong it’s not life threatening e.g. hand ascenders for locks etc I might just watch a video but for anything that’s keeping me in the tree I want to know all the ins and outs of it. There’s only one of us who’s a kit junkie so its mostly just tried and tested.

I think if a day with an equipment rep would be great idea especially as the last few arb shows I haven’t been able to get to so local days would be great.
