Hey folks!

I'm doing my pttls soon and was wondering how best to get into training, in all honesty only looking to do climbing as 30/31 would bore me senseless!

I've done no training in tree work apart from mates an coworkers etc.

Have experience in sports coaching/first aid which has obvious transferable skills in terms of communication with students!

I don't want to stop cutting and climbing, do many trainers sub to training companies as well as being on the tools?

I'm in staffs if anyone has any region specific info!

Does anyone know of anyone who does arb specific first aid courses? Something I'd be keen on doing, incorporating first aid into rescue scenarios etc!

Any info would be appreciated!

sorry but if 30/31 would bore you maybe tree work is not for you, as you will need these to use a saw up a tree.

Same with first aid as before I got into tree work I was working with west mids ambulance service!

Looking for advice in how to get into training not to do some training :)
