Thanks guys was hoping that someone might come up with an idea for around the grand mark, spoke to him again this morning after taking a more experienced climber with me we both came up with 2k customer said "no thanks" this fella rang me once before hes nuts he felled a monster willow right beside the river with a 26 and tractor got his chainsaw stuck just cutting it all way round and pullin with the tractor, also since Id last spoken to him hes been snapping lumps of the trees with a teleporter.

walk away then... if he has that price then let him go with them and when/if they cock it up or damage anything. the ball will be in your court.:001_tongue:

I did the same sort of job a few months back in a caravan park. I quoted £1600 to remove 4 Pop, he nearly bit my hand off, may be should of gone around the £2000 mark. Managed to get the work done in 3 day all lowered, no crain.

£550 per tree looks like a good price to me if you get the job good and well. i think the person that puts a price in and gets it will be around that marker because of the property and the wires but thats only my opinion
