That should be fine its running at R4 then, just a few things to try.

 

1) what attachment are you using to mount the cam?

2) have you got it tight?

3) try moving your head a little slower and be aware that you are filming.

4) by jerky do you mean once you upload it onto your computer?

4a) if it is jerky on your com your system might not be powerful enough??

Do these run on an sd card? If so make sure you are using a good sd card, not a cheap and cheerful one.

 

I've spent money on a decent mem card but not sure it's made a difference. Might phone go pro. Love using it as a self teaching tool for improvement.

In the 960 a class 4-7 will be fine its only 1080p you want to be running class 7-10. Need more info if you want help tho?
