What about lesner and overeem they will need to upgrade the cage to hold them two.

They big boys don't last long anyway if the fight past the 1st there breathing like like train.

Could do with getting a loan of the hand strap for doing weights for Robert know anyone that's got one.

I would buy one even just won't be using it much could do with one for a month or so.

is that for strengthening your kneck? i use to work with a training partner and get them to hold a towel whilst its around your head and give a bit of resistance whilst doing repetative movement.

Or do isometrics for neck strength using my hands, check out some of erik paulsons stuff he does loads of good drills. hes a funny guy as well
