Chipper Hire Worcs/Hfds/Shrops border wanted

All you guys out there with chippers standing idle over the weekend, would you hire yourselves out for a day's chipping?

It's not often I need one but on the odd occasion that I do, would anyone be able to rock up with a chipper & chip box or hire it out to me?

I could do with an idea of cost so I can factor it in if it ever comes up.

Alternatively, can anyone suggest any hire locations between Hereford, Worcester & Shrewsbury?

I have previously hired from our local plant hire firm but honestly, it wasn't quite the right tool for the job!

arrow plant have chippers and there in leominster and kington dont no the hire charge but mite be worth a try

Do Arrow run road tow chippers then? I didn't know that, have used Arrow for years but for construction hire. Thanks!

Arrow don't do chippers any more as they had so many problems with them.

 

Alexander Duncan have a 6 inch £100 a day

S A S in Worc have a tracked and i think a road tow. £150 for tracked

J W three cocks have a 6 inch £70 a day

Discovery 6 inch quad chip £120 a day

Are these rates chipper only or chipper and operator as I normally hire my Heizohack out at a minimum of £250 per day plus vat plus fuel but that does include operator.
