I broke the E-Stop switch on my chipper today, probably got a branch caught in it due to it's position. It's an ordinary "MUSHROOM HEAD PUSH BUTTON" type. I've been searching the web for a replacement but there appears to be a bewildering array of ratings etc. From a safety/insurance point of view is there much of a difference between these switches or am I safer going to a dealer and paying "premium" price for security?

Google RS Electricals, they are a good source of virtually any electrical component. Try moving the switch to a position where if is still to hand but less likely to get whacked!
