Splendid idea old bean...

 

Also, aside from the second lifeline thing, I just have a preference for cord and micro pulleys over mechanical bits, I like to be able to feel the knot releasing and tighten back up, had a couple of brown trouser moments with a lockjack and a micro grab before!!

Correct me if I'm wrong but you can't use the positioner if using your lanyard as a second lifeline which I do like to be able to do... ?

Ben, use ultra O on pinto and prussik, but zodiac on end of your lanyard. Same as CElanyard.

Ace, the only reason I thought two O's was I think I'd seen the clipping into the becket bit on one of Tyler's videos and he'd used an O so I presumed that to be the only compatible carab... Should have looked closer at the CE!!
