They were always there but we never who they were b4 now....

what he said Gayn.

when the site first started the moderators were silent, deleting spam, general rudeness etc and helping keep the place tidy.......the site has grown considerably since then and i felt(along with the moderators) that it was necessary for people to know who to go to when in need of help etc.

As its become busier on here, it became obvious that the moderators needed to be out in the open, and operate in an open and, I hope, fair manner. This is to help cut out the spammers, and those who may occasionally bend the forum rules now and again to keep this ship on a straight and steady course. This way we can hopefully take some of the strain from Steve, so he can concentrate on the bigger issues involved with running the forum.

OK cool. Just as long as I know what's going on. Don't like to be in the dark!! It scares me... :sneaky2:

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
