IPhone Bluetooth to IPad help

I am trying to use Bluetooth to send photos from my iPhone to my iPad

I have got as far as getting the iPhone to recognise the iPad and the other way round but I cannot get any further when I click on the reconised device it then comes up with ignore device and I cannot get any further

 

Any help would be great
