What is the difference in running a 6 toothed sprocket or a 7 toothed sprocket on a ms 200t?

Chain speed, more teeth = higher chainspeed but on an MS200, you will need to change the oil gear/pinion, you will lose some of the low end grunt when fitting a larger 7 tooth sprocket, that's if you can get hold of one as 6T is the most common one fitted.

You may get away with it better on a 12" bar with a 7T sprocket than a 14" bar.

Tbh I wouldn't bother getting one.

I tried it out and iirc(it was a awhile ago and with a 14" bar) it would stall in larger timber more often and was really annoying.

Although I use the 020 for cutting decent sized timber before I need the 046 so if you do have a smaller bar and mainly use it on small timber it should be better.
