I would have this as a Caveat on the quotes along with all removable objects moved before arrival. ie pots trampolines benches swings blah blah it all takes time to move.

I think it's more to do with mental health problems than just a lack of hygiene tbh.

 

It's unbelievable the conditions that some people live in when they clearly don't have to.

 

We often come across gardens like that when working for HA's and it is probably the hazard that I dislike the most about the job.

 

Just have to scoop it all to one side and get on with the job unfortunately.
