Anybody else had interviews for / work for/ experience with the Forestry Commission?

 

Any tips/ stories/ advice/ banter/ forward slashes to share?

Read the job/person spec as the answers to the interview questions will be in there, always repeat what you've said on the application form in any interviews as it won't counted unless you say it. Know your shizzle and relax.

Where you interviewing for the FC apprenticeship on tuesday Barney? Just wondering as i was there too and wanted to know if you'd heard anything yet?

I went for an interview a few years back for an FC position (harvesting manager for D&G), was quite a formal thing with lots of questions that didn't really seem that relevant. Was properly out of my comfort zone - didn't get it but looking back am glad I didn't as me and office based work don't mix :lol:
