I built my business myself , I won't panick if I loose a couple of numbers for a day or 2 lol

 

Sounds fair enough. After 22 years of building up my a business my brains is too corroded to even consider working out how to recover most of the companies information (if it wasn't for IT back-up )- I'd probably need a month or two in a padded room.

You don't need back up to protect a few phone numbers. It's there for the time when you have a tech failure or the tax man visits or (worse) the VAT man visits.

 

You have an iPhone so if you have a Mac get an airport express or the other thingy as a remote back up.
