Hi

I'm pricing a job which is going to result in a lot of chip just wanted to know what the average weight of a cubic meter of chip, as I'm firing it into a roll on roll off skip and they charge per tonne and the bin takes 40 cubic meters. Wondered if any of you recycling guys could help.

would biomass ppl pick it up from site? i havent got a way of loading it. works out about 1300 for a skip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, its in didcot parker.

 

how many miles from Didcot to Slough?? did you know there is a powerstation there that takes chip

Have a tip site about 15 minutes away that I use it's a farm they might have a grain trailer they could hire you, be a damn ite cheaper than a skip, let me know if your interested and I'll make some calls

cheers guys ive managed to get a 35 yard bin for 345+the dreaded with no extra charge per tonne as long as its just chip. if theres anybody near by that wants free timber give me a shout.
