If in doubt ask the fountain of knowledge that is Arbtalk! been looking for a saw bench to process billets and the Riko unit with conveyor looks good value, anyone used/owned one. I'd be interested to hear your opinions on build quality/parts availability etc.

Riko gear is very good stuff, well made. I looked at the same machine but opted for their Farmi processor. Not only can you do billets and logs but you can drop rounds into the ram and split them. The conveyor is extremely fast and you can change the angle. It's like having an all singing all dancing machine and its operated one handed leaving the other hand free to sup on the beer!

I use riko splitters,,,and cant rate them high enough,,,,my av11r is wicked and the service from this company in my opinion,is great,,,(not everyone agrees i understand) but i chose a sawbench from fuelwood as the saftey aspect was greater,ie,the guard comes down with every cut, where as the old riko one didnt, and as id be asking my staff to use it I was conserned,,maybe this isnt the case no more,as kit changes fast i dont know,,,but happy with my safe one,,and no limbs lost yet lol,

I am selling the Binderberger because my Riko splitter welds failed causing a catastrophic self destruction and now cannot split any wood to Billets!!!!! I have bought a new processor from marshall engineering instead.

If anyone does want to buy this Circular saw it will have to be tonight as it is being traded in otherwise. The new price for these is now £4200-300 plus Vat!!! Mine has done about 10 tonnes. there is also no Vat to pay!

Riko....... booooooooooo

After cutting off the top of my index finger on a browns saw bench last year i invested in the binderberger the same as theocus is selling and it's great i can't speak highly enough of it. Also Alan Marshall is always available to speak to if there are any teething problems.

It is a pleasure to use, all hydraulic lifting with the conveyor and the tunstan blade is awesome. Really really well built. I am trading tomorrow so be quick if you want it, it will prob be available from marshalls for about 4k next week!!!!
