Does anybody have the book

'NEW EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CODE OF NOMENCLATURE FOR CULTIVATED PLANTS'

or similar editions, i need to find when the cultivar Fagus sylvatica 'Luteovariegata' was first cultivated and introduced here, hoping there are some clues in this book

Thanks

Robin
