GREAT VIDEO! For all you that climb on a standard prussic, you really should give this knot a try. Its the micro pulley that is the key here. I use a valdotain-tresse as a friction knot, takes a little more playing around to get it how you want it, but it never jams or tightens yet always grips (again, as long as you dress it correctly and get the right length of rope)

 

As said, its the pulley that is the magic part. It half's the effort needed to tighten your rope, and you can also do it with just one hand (Brilliant for limb walking back into the tree) I use this system on my second line too, so so so handy!

 

Interesting pulley used in the vid, I use a petzel micro pulley but it only has one anchoring point, so I use a modified dog collar clip (hard to explain) to fix the pulley to my carabeena, but messy, and sometimes twists, will be getting two of those little suckers next time I go shopping.
