The TRUE g4 vehicles were never sold after the event. There were a load made that looked like them and were fitted with heaps of toys, as mentioned above, but underneath were just the same as standard production models.

 

They did mate but mainly the support ones, Tim Kirkland has, or did have a G4 Rangie that was fantastic...

Ah- I stand corrected. TBH as i was typing my mind was going back to the original article in one of the geek magazines from years back, which was explaining about it.......IIRC they may have mentioned that a select few were to be sold on..
