puff balls/beefsteak

swapping a puff ball for some venison sausages with the game dealer and the beefsteak i swapped for a box of fruit and veg with a gardener.

 

Ben,

Did the gardner eat it ? I has an extremely vinegar acid taste, so it's not for nothing that's it's called "poor man's beefsteak".

will ask him in a couple days if he not of sick with a bad tummy,i gave some to a chef last year that seemed to enjoy it but they do like the unushal flavors of wild mushrooms ,

soaked in wine overnight it is apparently good

 

Mixing vinegar and wine will change the taste for the better ? As Ben said, milk will probably be a better neutralizing fluid, although the milk might turn bad and become sour too :001_huh: .
