Hi All

I've just got back from my hols, got loads to catch up on at work and with the move. So I've no time to read through all the unread posts. If I've missed anything I'm sure you'll let me know.

Just off to find out how close the scum riots got to us, from what I hear it was only a couple of roads away. If it goes off again I'm going to hide silky blades in all the clothing.

Justin, I think you would have had no problems mate. The police had Lewisham cordoned off at the bottom of hither green lane near the Rileys snooker hall. The other end of the exclusion zone was near the police station.

A few motors got burnt up and quite a bit of damage on Lee High road. BP, Dirty South and pretty much every commercial premises without shutters had there windows bricked in.

The noise was more of a disturbance from the sirens, riot vans, police and Sky HD helicopters.
