I have a CS-600 and need a new exhaust. Told it was in Japan when I ordered it; now been told it will NEVER be in the UK so give up hope.

 

Ordered a long handled hedge cutter last June - still waiting (13 months!).

 

You had a good saw in the new CS-600. Non existent parts = no sales.

 

Sort this out by the end of the year at the latest or you're history in the UK.

I've got a long reach hedge trimmer, carb probs, and cant get the right parts.........it's driving me crazy, so i bought a new hedge trimmer.

try Greenstripe.net, i got some filters and pipes for it, just cant get the damn diaphram kit !!!!!

contact Echo inc in the USA they will sort out your parts for you they are the factory not a distributor.

 

Echo/Shindaiwa need to be in the UK themselves.

Thats strange,countax are still the importers,and unless the saw is a grey import,or a million years old, you should be able to get the parts.
