I'd send them an email if you have their address, explaining you made a mistake and put the new quote in writing. That way you have some evidence should the worst come to it!

 

Personally, I almost never give a verbal quote when looking at a job, it's not worth the risk. I say I will have a think about it and look in my diary, and get their email address then send it through in the next couple of days. This gives reflection time to think about how much time it will take, and you can put in writing exactly what you are going to do, so it doesn't turn into "but you said you would also do this..."
