I struggled to sleep last night but reading this thread put me to sleep immediately

Had an alright night sleep but woke up with a stinking headache. Probably dehydrated as didn't drink enough yesterday. Pint of water with a teaspoon of salt and sugar has sorted that.

I have to sleep with one eye open - my wife sleeps with an axe under our bed:sneaky2: If I go up an octave - you know whats happened:blushing:
