Hi Sue - careful ducky, HRT gave my wife headaches. Just a quick tip for you to stop your 'bodyform' slipping under your helmet use a pair of size 8 nickers over your head oh - carry a budgie mirror to check you haven't left them on as you drive home - biggest loss of 'man-points'
