Qualifications to set me apart from the rest of the college graduates?

So, without knowing an approximate time of finish how are your employees meant to get on with their life soutside of work making plans for the afternoon/evening etc. How would you like it if positions were reversed, getting home to dinne rinthe dog and a moody missus...Not much i'd imagine.

 

my point was if you get a early finish now and again thats great ! dont expect it all the time ie every other day ! yes you should have a finish time which should be kept too as best you can . have a positive work ethic have a laugh at the right time talk politely to customers and you will be fine :thumbup1:
