I was travelling south on the M1 this morning around jct 16 when i passed going northbound 2 transit crew cabs tippers in white, one had a timberwolf tracked chipper the other had a tracked MEWP on (looked like a Lionlift 18m). Just wondering who they are as we were going south with virtually the same kit. Does anyone else ever see other companies and wonder the same or is it just me doing too many motorway miles (140 odd today)

It does seem daft doing all those miles when other locals could do the job, i guess thats just the way the contracts go.

Tell me about it but it's the price that dictates where you generally end up.

Heaven forbid we are restricted to quoting within 30 miles of base- wouldn't work anyway as we would find a way round it wouldn't we:001_tt2:
