I assumed it was a private sale. If it's from a dealer then let him collect the vehicle.

 

Get them to come get as you have no way of returning it,or why don't you get them to repair the thing and keep it without any expense to you of course. If it's a dealer keep at them or if you think that they knew it was away report them to the retail motor industry.
