Buzz,

Have been talking to Neil Mapleston, from your company, wants pics sent of woodchip, but I'm sceptical about payment in terms of rejection of loads if it's not exactly what you want.

He says send pics, but you cannot determine any quality assesment from a picture.

I am located in North Essex, is any one passing through?

Hi mate, Neil is a good lad. I'm a bit far North to come see you but I'll drop you a PM if I'm in the area.

If your chip is kept clean of rubbish, logs, stone and soil you'll have no problems.

They have to lay it on thick but it's pretty rare to have a load rejected.

It's fairly easy to have someone in the wagon when it's loaded to watch out for crap as well.

Hi Buzz one of the pdf files says you have places around the uk to tip chip and timber for free. do you have any near Tamworth Staffs

I must be one of the only guys in this area that pays to tip

Hello mate I only live just outside Lichfield myself lol Will ask tomorrow as I'm going down to the office. A couple of places spring to mind.

 

Is Shenstone to far to run for you ?

Its on a farm owned by the Ryman Family

they Take all of Tamworth council green waste & Birmingham council

they Process it and use it as fertilizer on their own fields

you can find them on the internet Greener composting sites
