rollers stopped feeding yesterday. reverse working fine. i swopped the solenoid plugs to finish the job (manually operating the directional valve to reverse rollers when necessary) i also swopped solenoid blocks but no difference. no broken wires or dodgy connections that i can find & limit switches seem ok. any ideas ? thanks ; sean

Hi SOC

Please try replacing the forward latch relay in the circuit, this relay allows the current to the control valve once the relay has latched in, but if itis faulty will allow the current to the reverse side of the valve (safety reasons).

The relay is located in the engine compartment near the no stress unit.

If you are still experiencing problems please call in on 01449 765820
