I've heard Monkey Puzzle wood is worth a fair bit to a mill or a furniture maker, not sure if its true but you maybe able to earn a few more quid.

 

I do have an Alaskan mill, but no milling chain for my saw, anyone know if it works with normal chain?

done two recently, both were felled, thank fork for that! can get four monkey arms on one fork. still get spiked on your legs and arms no matter how careful you are:biggrin:

 

Haha I like it make a proper tool and get it manufacured :)

Doin it tomorrow, yeah am still at Dicks, really got to find more work around Chesterfield or within daily travelling distance, where abouts are you now?

It worth a fair bit if you want to peel the bark sit on it fir two years then plank it store it and try find a seller , or you could just sell it to me :)

 

Was thinking if I planked some on site would make it easier to shift
