What is the best Cambium Saver?

I currently use the webbed cambium saver and I want to upgrade as the friction is too great. Anyone got any ideas?

Unless you use a pulley in the system then friction will be more or less the same. ART positioner or primus looks good although lots of people have made their own.

lesser friction on the friction saver means more force on your prussik loop and that means more heat.

I like a bit of friction, but not a lot. A pulley is just too frictionless for me to work off. Great for ascending, though!

great fun, only thing is it burns your cord out, or if you use op like me then you rope!!!!!

I think Pete means ART ropeguide.......the device does include a pulley, for better or worse depending on your point of view apparently....whats also worthy of comment perhaps...its an ADJUSTABLE cambium saver...If I was to make my own it would have to be adjustable...sooo handy!!
