Could any one give me a bit of advice, I am thinking of buying a 12t or 14t log splliter on a trailer the type Riko sell, I need it for my own use but I wonder how much demand there is to hire them out and how much would you charge for a day rate?

we've got one we made ourselves.

if its a regular tree customer, or mate, they can have it for nowt.

other than that its £40-00 per day, £60-00 for the weekend, or £150-00 for a week.

strictly on the understanding that if it breaks while they've got it, they pay for the repair

oh, and it goes full, so it better come back full.

built like a tank and splits everything I have thrown at it, great honda engines on them too. I would recommend them to anyone.

Give Andrew a call from Wallenstein UK hes very helpfull!

Has anyone used a Wallenstein Log Splitter? They do several different log splitters on road towable trailers.

The Wallestein are a brilliant machine, the range is quite large so Im sure you can find one to suit!
