Glendale Managed Services the ‘green services’ division of Parkwood Holdings plc has revenues of £45 million and operates throughout the UK. Glendale’s activities include grounds management, landscaping, countryside activity including forestry, horticulture and green waste recycling.

 

Due to a recent contract win for Surrey County Council we are seeking qualified and motivated Arborist to join Glendale to work in the Surrey area, based from Witley.

 

The candidate’s key responsibility shall be climbing arboricultural duties, including tree pruning, dismantling and felling.

 

You will need to be flexible, reliable and have a thorough, proven knowledge of all aspects of tree work, holding the requisite NPTC Certificates and a clean driving licence, preferably a full pre 1997 or subsequent trailer test award licence. The candidate must ensure that Health & Safety regulations are followed at all times. Requiring genuine commitment, this position offers an exciting challenge and a chance for highly motivated team player to advance their career within a stable working environment in a successful and growing company. The candidate must also be able to clearly identify and meet the requirements of Glendale’s customers. A little more information,

 

We require a suitably qualified driver for our new 26t log truck & 12" chipper combination.

 

And up-to 3 pre 97 drivers for 6.5t & 9" chipper combination.

 

And finally suitably qualified staff for a transit and 6" chipper combination.

 

All PPE, climbing gear and equipment is company supplied.

whats the money like?

 

i'd be resting at, tw12 2ha which is 1hr south of you.

 

is it mon to fri?

 

Hi Central-Services,

 

The money is paid weekly and is competitive for the area. Yes depending at what time you travel Taggs Island would be 1hour. The hours our 40 per week 7am til 3.30pm. Extra pay is availble for on call emergeny rota.
