Land Rover air lift helpers?

Yes they are. A friend of mine has them on a 130. Had hem for about 12 months so far in place of helper springs. Very happy with them. But then again he has never overloaded his landy like some do, although he does carry plenty of weight in it.

I have a set in my 130, and I can highly recommend them, mine are adjustable on the fly so you can take pressure out for a softer ride when you are empty

 

Your lift kit shouldn't make a lot of difference on a 2 inch lift unless you have gone with dampers inside the spring.
