Thanks for all the replies fellas. I tried it out again today, with the waistbelt a bit higher and tighter, and shifted my weight about, and it was better, but on a long ascent this afternoon was still tight in the vital areas.

Once in the crown it's not so bad, and there's is much more freedom of movement over the willans.

Thought about the sit attatchment, but might be throwing good money after bad with that, it there much flex in the seat or is it fairly rigid? and can it be used without leg loops entirely?

it is a rigid seat, but unlike the Komet versions this does not hinder movements, it also relieves much of the constriction to your major arteries in your thighs, trust me ive been climbing for decades and its the best thing ive ever done to alter my approach.

I bought a Tree austria 3 last Saturday after my old willans t22 failed its last loler inspection. Climbed in it once this week and I am still missing my family jewels.

I tried a few different options in the shop before getting the austria, ( petzl sequoia, edelrid tree magic 3), and initially this seemed to be the best fit, however after deadwooding a couple of ivy clad sycamores, i can no longer produce any offspring.

Tried leg loops loose and tight, but made no difference, so I am looking for a bit of advice on what harnesses are more suitable for a big lad who would like to keep his testicles on the outside of his body?

p.s Does anyone want to buy a tree austria 3, used for one very uncomftable afternoon? :001_huh:

buy the seat attachment for it,,, and the harness will make perfect sence and no it cant be used with out the leg loops,, the seat is slightly flexy and it doesnt get in the way,
